EKİZ Olive Oil , which is a family company was founded by Hüsnü Ekiz in may 1946. Our firm today is being represented by İbrahim EKİZ and Hüsnü Ekiz who are the third generation representatives.

Ekiz Olive Oil was founded for the refined oil production and with its capacity of 50 tons per day it was able to supply the Turkey’s demands between 1946 and 1971. The company started exporting since 1972 and with a rising graphic in imports and exports the demands of the market.
With the increasing rate of sales on both domestic and export sales, demanding customer’s requests and successing world wide standarts and expanding the market sales to continue improving the quality of the products made the refination facilities revisioned and modernized, thus 75 tons of capacity Physical Refinery Facility stepped in and improved the producing.

Applying and tracing technologicaly updates, improving our quality management system, keeping the quality of Ekiz brand products and enhancing due to serve our customers better.
Ekiz passes the advantage of contiunity of oil consuming, stocking large amount of oil to it’s prices.
Thus, the company faces with customers by it’s competitive prices and effected minimaly by the fluctuating prices on the market.
Ekiz, has major advantages aganist it’s rivals with it’s inasive policy, the strong reseller structure , the strength of the sales department and competitive prices.
Our aim is,to meet Ekiz brand products with whole Turkey and other countries with expensive distribution network, strong communication and coherrency to quality principles.
Domestic Sales & Exports
Ekiz succeded as a Champion of Packed Olive Oil Exporting in 2006. The olive oil produced by Ekiz are exporting to 36 countries of the world such as U.S.A or Korea. Exporting is 70% part of the Ekiz sales.
A major part of domestic sales are succeded by customer focused products.Ekiz brand products are distributed to 35 cities of Turkey by resellers. Tesco Kipa, metro and Real are international chains that are selling Ekiz brand products. Although, many national markets have Ekiz brand produced Private Label products on their racks.
Producing
Ekiz certified by TÜV due to ISO 22000 and ISO 9001.
Production, Quality managment systems and Food Security are the principles. For the production of Refinary Olive oil it has a continue press refinary facility which is able to produ 75 tons per day.
Raw Olive oil , after being procesed by physical refination refined olive olive with at most 0.3% acid and bright colored is being obtained.
Refined Olive Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil are being mix and Pure olive oil is being obtained. For the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 automatic and 1 shining fitler is available.
For filling Pure and Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 automatic filling machines are existent. For the filling of sunflower and corn oil fillings 2 automatic filling machines are existent.
The reasons of expanding stocking capacity are improving and increasing of the company. Refined Olive Oil stocking capacity is 1500 tons, Raw Olive Oil stocking capacity is 3500 tons and Extra Virgin Olive Oil stocking capacity is 700 tons.
